Having lived in Pleasanton since 2013 and living in Ruby Hill, Brenda is a local luxury expert. Raising one of her daughters in the Pleasanton School System with her attending Amador Valley High School, and volunteering as a Team Mom for her Cheer Team Brenda loves living in Pleasanton and contributing to the betterment of the town. Brenda and her husband are active members of The Club at Ruby Hill, and she is Captain of her Bocce Team. She enjoys playing bocce, golfing, and wine tasting in her community. Brenda also works as a Wine Ambassador at Dante Robere Winery in her spare time and enjoys learning new things about the wine industry.

Brenda became a full-time agent with the Venema Homes Team in December 2023 after working in Commercial Real Estate for over 35 years. Since joining the team, she has been involved with 3 home sales in the Ruby Hill Community with sales volumes over $4,500,000 for each transaction. Brenda is also experienced with commercial real estate transactions for office, retail, and warehouse product types. Brenda can assist in both residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
