Emily is a San Ramon native, having been raised in the area and graduating from Dougherty Valley High School in 2018. She then pursued her academic goals at the University of California, Los Angeles, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Upon completing her studies, Emily was eager to return to the East Bay and the Tri-Valley community that she holds dear.
