Liz Venema is President of the Venema Homes Team. She has lived in Pleasanton, California for the past 38 years where her and her husband have raised two daughters through the top rated Pleasanton School system. Her oldest daughter is the team's Transaction Coordinator and Social Media Expert, and her youngest daughter recently graduated from the University of San Diego, earned her real estate license, and joined her team.
Growing up in Walnut Creek, California, Liz was raised in real estate. Her dad was a builder and developer who also had his real estate license. He taught her early on that there is nothing greater than owning your own home and land. Liz got married at 20 years old, and she and her husband promptly bought their first home. They purchased their second home when she was 24 and two more rental properties thereafter.
Liz has been a principal in real estate for 35 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Liz was the General Manager of 11 retail stores for many years. Working with hundreds of people, training, marketing, merchandise management, and selling products has been a natural transition into real estate. She has an eye for detail and an inner knowledge for what people desire. Her talents for listening to what people want, taking action on their behalf, working with people of all ages, and believing in them are the qualities that make her successful and encourage clients to work with her. The desire for her clients now is still the same as it has always been - find them the best home and the best fit for their situation.
Liz was a Senior Partner and founding member of the Armario Venema Homes Team. In 2020, the team topped $107 million dollars, with an overall sales volume surpassing a half billion dollars, and an average sales price of over $1.5 million dollars. The team has been awarded the Keller Williams Triple Platinum Award and the Quadruple Platinum Award for Outstanding Sales and was recognized among the Top 1% of real estate teams in the country. This level of knowledge, experience, and expertise in all price points made her team the #1 real estate team in Pleasanton and the #2 team in the combined cities of Pleasanton, Dublin, and Livermore. Last year, Liz’s team was the number one Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Tri-Valley in volume and sales.
After 8 years as Senior Partner, she made the decision to transition out and create her own team. She is enthusiastic about this venture, and will bring all of her success and expertise with her.
