Venema's army of experts stepped in and things began to happen within a week. Venema Homes reviewed the property and provided a list of recommendations to aide in the sale. I original was concerned but quickly realized they knew their stuff. So, I followed the recommendations. Within a month all the upgrades were completed, and an open house was scheduled. The activity was more than expected and we receive two offers, both above asking. The final price was $150,000 over asking.
